Corporate Director of Vitality
I have over 20 years of fitness and health education experience, ranging from group exercise instruction and personal training to curriculum/program development and event planning.
I worked professionally as a comedian for 16 years in Chicago. I still enjoy voice-over work, standup, improv, writing, and acting for stage and film. I love to make other people laugh!
I try to dance every day and I love convincing other people to join me! When I dance, my mood improves, and my body feels good. Using music with movement is so much fun!
I have one of the best jobs in the world! I ensure residents are offered great opportunities to improve all dimensions of wellness. That’s a wonderful sense of purpose and it’s why I work in this industry.
My #1 goal as a leader is to always offer a helping hand to staff—whether that’s through mentorship or a literal hand in the community. I also strive to create a very supportive and fun work environment by practicing compassion and great comedic timing, of course!
