• 30 Minutes of Emotional Support & Coping Skills: Share your experiences and gain strength from others who understand. Exchange valuable strategies to manage daily challenges.
• 30 Minutes of Exercise: Engage in exercises tailored
for Parkinson’s, led by our in-house personal trainer,
Lucas Maki.
