When you walk by GenCare Lifestyle at Point Ruston, you can't help but smile and hop on through at the sight of hopscotch drawn on the sidewalk. What you may not know is that this playful addition to the community is thanks to one senior assisted living in tacoma resident, a man named Hey Geezer. In difficult times like these, it's a simple gesture but it really brings happiness to people's days. Even on the worst days, when everything seems to be going wrong, there's always someone who can make you smile. Geezer has found ways to make everyone's day a little brighter. Whether it's drawing hopscotch on the sidewalk, watching both kids and adults playfully hopscotch their way by, or pulling out finger rockets and starting a nerf war in the community theater, Hey Geezer always finds a way to put a smile on everyone's face. He says, “Happiness is a choice,” and he loves nothing more than making everyone he meets happy. Thank you, Geezer, for bringing joy to our community! You're amazing!
